The 2013 Golf Tournament has sold out. Dinner Reservations Available
The field has filled to capacity. Thanks to all who have signed up to play in the tournament.
Following golf, dinner with players and celebrities is scheduled. If you are interested in joining the group for dinner on June 10th, reservations are required. Plan on being at Oakwood CC around 6 pm. Cost is $25. Mail your check to Kansas City Tiger Club, PO Box 7100, Kansas City, MO 64113. Deadline for accepting reservations is June 1. • $200 per golfer. Includes 18 holes of golf on a well-manicured par 72 championship-caliber course, driving range, lunch, dinner, beverages, a Nike Fit golf shirt and a player goodie bag.

How to Register
1. Complete the Registration Form whether you playing as a single or you are part of a group.
2. Mail the completed form to the address on the form or scan the form and email it back.
How to Pay
• Make your payment using PayPal.
• You will still need to submit completed registration information.
